(New York, NY) -- Wall Street made a small comeback today as investors look to the Fed to lower interest rates next week. The Dow climbed 14 points to settle at 13-128. The Nasdaq lost seven points to 25-59 and the S&P 500 lost two points, closing to 14-52.
